Tent Packages

A range of hospitality opportunities, either personal or corporate are available depending on the number of guests you wish to entertain. Although it is IMPORTANT TO ACT EARLY!

Last year’s tent purchasers have the right of first refusal until August 1, 2024. To secure the location a deposit of half the total must be paid by Aug. 1, 2024. The remainder is due September 15, 2024.

NO location guarantees will be made until payment is received. Races are run rain or shine, no refunds.

Reserve a Tent

  • Located close to the Finish Line. Entertaining for approximately 50 guests.

    Includes one 20x20’ tent, one 10x10’ catering tent, four 8’ banquet tables, six 3’ round tables, 35 white wooden chairs, closed circuit TV, Heating Unit, Fenced “patio” on the racecourse rail, and 25 VIP Parking Passes and 50 General Admission tickets.

  • Located on the opposite side of the infield at the finish line run-out. Entertaining for approximately 24 guests.

    Includes one 15x15’ tent, two 8’ banquet tables, 10 white chairs, fenced “patio” on the rail, 12 VIP parking passes (in the infield) and 24 General Admission tickets. Add Closed Circuit TV for $240.

  • Located on the backside rail near the Mansion. Entertaining for approximately 24 guests.

    Includes one 15x15’ tent, two 8’ banquet tables, 10 white chairs, fenced “patio” on the rail, 12 Madison Row Parking Passes, 24 General Admission Tickets. No parking at the tent. Maximum guests 45.

  • Located on the backside rail on a hilltop location, excellent viewing. Same equipment as Madison Row above with VIP parking.
